Now that Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Eve lunches and dinners are behind us, it’s time to make good intentions, including a remise en forme, especially if you have received your engagement ring under the tree or if the date of your wedding is approaching. You want to wear the dress of your dreams. Do not try “do-it-yourself” diets, which are bad for your health and mood, and do not try improvised training without technical skills. Arriving in perfect shape on your wedding day is now possible!

Diana Da Ros, the international wedding planner, has designed a special service for you: it’s called Wedding Fitness. Even if you are not a perfect sample size, our instructors, certified fitness professionals, will help you first feel beautiful and at ease before, during and after the Big Day.

How does it work? The first step is an initial consultation: an interview to assess lifestyle, health condition and sporting background. This is followed by initial tests to determine your body composition, weight and measurements, the necessary basis for drawing up a personalised workout. Depending on the amount of time you want and can dedicate to Wedding fitness every week, our instructors will prepare your personalised training programme for you. Training sessions can take place either at home, outdoors or online, depending on the current regulations, which vary from region to region and state to state in this sensitive period of history.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, and it is possible to choose packages of 10, 15, 20 or more sessions over 6 weeks, 3 or 4 months. On request, we also design 12-month training programmes. Regular tests are carried out to evaluate the results achieved. A programme dedicated to brides, grooms and very often relatives and friends decide to rely on our team to help them look their best at their wedding. Each individual’s physique requires careful analysis because, in order to achieve targeted results, training cannot and must not be the same for everyone.

The real luxury today is the ability to find the time to dedicate to yourself, the watchword is “personal service” and what better pampering to start the countdown to the best day of your life? Valentine’s Day is coming up, and this could be a truly original gift idea.
